Nutritional Consultation

We offer two nutritional consultation programs. 

The I’m Ready for CHANGE! Program is intense, in depth, and all inclusive.  It approaches the issue(s) from a holistic point of view and is ideal for those people who have tried everything and still haven’t found relief.  This is also a great program for those who are interested in understanding the underlying issues surrounding their mental or physical concerns. 

The Basic Program is designed for nutrition-driven individuals, and those who may not be interested in learning about the psycho-spiritual aspect of their health.  This programs deals only with diet, supplementation, and a basic lifestyle changes. 

I’M READY FOR CHANGE! Program:

Wake Up Call - $250 + HST
(2.5 Hours in office + some at home paperwork)

This is your initial intake interview during which you’ll receive:

• a Diet & Nutrition Analysis, a Symptomatology Analysis, a Toxicity Analysis, a Deficiency Analysis, an Aura Analysis, a Chakra Analysis, an Organ Analysis, an Allergy/Sensitivity Review, and a Supplement and Medication Review.
• Education as to the mechanical & psychological processes that make your body work the way it is currently working. 
• Suggested immediate steps you can take to improve your health, and your supplement regime.
• Energy System Balancing Tips.

 

Personalized CHANGE! Plan (Follows the Wake Up Call) - $150 + HST
(1.5 Hours in office + post session follow up)

• This is your main action plan that takes into consideration all your medical, emotional, and spiritual concerns, as well as any medications or supplements (and how they are interacting in your body) and creates and in depth action plan specifically for you including recipes, foods to avoid, foods to emphasize, exercise and spiritual work to help balance your life and bring you to optimum health. 
• Includes one e-mail correspondence after the session*.
• Includes one 15 minute telephone or Skype correspondence after the session*. 

CHANGE! Follow Up Visits - $80 + HST
(1 hour in office)

• This is your support follow up – we’ll review the changes you’ve incorporated, evaluate how they’ve worked for you and make any necessary changes to help you better incorporate the suggested lifestyle changes.
• Includes NSP Systems re-analysis and re-focus when necessary. 
• Includes one e-mail correspondence after the session*. 
• Includes one 15 minute telephone or Skype correspondence after the session*. 
• Aura and Chakra Re-analysis can be added on for only $50 more
  (4”X6” aura picture included – regularly $75).
• Organ Re-analysis can be added on for only $50 more
  (multi page take-home report – regularly $90).
• Includes up to 2 additional hours of research & planning by the therapist. 

THE BASIC NUTRITION PROGRAM:

Initial Nutrition Interview - $150 + HST

Personalized Nutrition Plan (Follows the Initial Nutrition Interview) - $100 + HST
(1 Hour in office + post session follow up)

• This is your main action plan that takes into consideration all your medical and nutritional concerns, as well as any medications or supplements (and how they are interacting in your body) and creates an in depth action plan specifically for you including recipes, foods to avoid, and foods to emphasize to help bring you to optimum health. 
• Includes one e-mail correspondence after the session*.
• Includes one 15 minute telephone or Skype correspondence after the session*. 
  
  Includes 3 hours of therapist research time prior to your meeting during which our therapist will research your conditions, symptoms, medications and supplements and analyze any potential interactions.  With this information she’ll devise a diet and supplement plan designed with you in mind - specific to your immediate and long term goals, and taking into consideration your unique situation. 

Nutrition Plan Follow Ups - $60 + HST
(45 minutes in office)

• This is your support follow up – we’ll review the changes you’ve incorporated, evaluate how they’ve worked for you and make any necessary changes to help you better incorporate the suggested nutrition and diet changes.
• Includes NSP Systems re-analysis and re-focus when necessary. 
• Includes one e-mail correspondence after the session*. 
• Includes one 15 minute telephone or Skype correspondence after the session*.
• Includes up to 1 additional hour of research & planning by the therapist. 
  

Massage

Every massage includes a consultation & a custom blended massage oil to take home!  

Massage is generally the most effective & therapeutic method of application of aromatherapeutic blends. It offers a sense of well-being as well as relief of many physical, emotional, and mental concerns.   Lymphatic Stimulation Massage helps your muscles melt into a deep relaxation, relieves water retention, stimulates the lymphatic system, improves the immune response, and assists the body in releasing toxins.

I also focus on pressure & energy points to improve the circulation of energy throughout the body.  Extra attention is given to any problem areas, making this treatment very beneficial for those in pain.

• BioPulsar Energy System Analysis

Before & After Consultation: $35 / 2 X 15 minute Sessions
A brief look at your Energy System before your session with Lisa is taken. Then enjoy your healing session & follow up with a 2nd look at your System. The two readings are compared, & Lisa will explain what has changed & give suggestions on how to support the changes. You’ll receive 2 pictures of your Aura, a brief description of your highest & lowest chakras, & suggestions on how to improve & sustain your energy flow.

Full Session:  $45 / 30 minute Session
A discussion of your Energy Systems, as well as a consultation including a wellness plan to help improve your energy flow.  This can include nutrition, colour, aroma, reiki, talk, crystal, mediation and massage therapies.  You will receive a picture of your Aura, as well as detailed personalized information on how you can improve your energy, all saved to your personal record CD.   $75 / 60 minute Session including Colour Energy Test

Extended / Product Consultations:  $75 / 60 minute Session & $90 / 90 minute Extended Session
Test several of your supplements, essential oils, homeopathic medications, etc., to see how they (or if) they affect each organ system.  Includes a mini Energy System  Analysis before and after the session. 

Clients should refrain from taking their supplements (only if safe to do so) for a few days before coming in, in order to avoid a ‘flat line’ result.  Clients should bring in their own products for testing.

WHAT IS THE BIOPULSAR CAPABLE OF?

The Biopulsar-Reflexograph system is a biofeedback tool that can be use for a multitude of scientific tests. 

In practice – I use it to test supplements and medications against my client’s bodies to see how they are reacting to them, whether there are any negative effects from the supplements or medications, and whether there is a net benefit to continuing with the product.

• Intuitive Healing Sessions:
(1-hour Session +) ~ $150. 00
An Intuitive Healing Session gives full control of the healing process over to your Higher Self and Spirit Guides. I act as a channel to offer what intuitively is right for the moment – it may include any of the services mentioned above; singly or in combination.

• Reading & Healing Sessions:
(1-1 ½ hour Session) ~ $120. 00
This session allows you to understand what is blocking you from reaching a specific goal and allows you to heal those issues. It also brings you messages from your guides to help you in your daily life.
Lisa will do your reading ahead of time, and you will come in for the typed up results, and suggested healing session

• Chakra Balancing Sessions
(30 minutes): $30.00  
We discover which Chakra Centers are out of balance with the pendulum and then bring them back into balance with crystal singing bowls, Reiki & actual crystals placed on and around your body. Very centering, grounding and relaxing.
