The I'm Ready for Change! Initial Program
The I'm Ready for CHANGE! Program is intense, in depth, and all inclusive. It approaches your issue(s) from a holistic point of view and is ideal for those people who have tried everything and still haven't found relief.
This is also a great program for those who are interested in understanding the underlying issues surrounding their mental, emotional and physical concerns. Appointments are officially 60 minutes long, however I book 120 minutes in case further discussion is needed.
The Basic Program is designed for nutrition-driven individuals, and those who may not be interested in learning about the psycho-spiritual aspect of their health. This programs deals only with diet, supplementation, and basic lifestyle changes. Appointments are officially 45 minutes long, however I book 90 minutes in case further discussion is needed.
